WHML.ORG Constituent Membership
By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Please ensure all information and verification documents are accurate, authentic, and submitted in the required formats, in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Non-compliance may result in immediate membership revocation without refund; review our Privacy Policy before proceeding.
1. Accuracy and Integrity of Information: All information submitted by constituent applicants must be complete, accurate, and verifiable. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in immediate termination of membership without prior notice.
2. Compliance with Ethical and Professional Standards: Constituent members are required to adhere to WHML.ORG’s ethical guidelines and professional conduct standards in all organizational and collaborative activities. Any violation, including unethical behavior or misconduct, may lead to disciplinary measures or revocation of membership.
3. Data Privacy and International Compliance: Personal and organizational data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable international privacy laws. By submitting this application, members consent to the secure storage, handling, and processing of their data for legitimate organizational purposes.
4. Document Submission Requirements: Verification documents must be uploaded in PDF or JPG format, with each file not exceeding 5 MB. All documents must clearly demonstrate authenticity and validity for the respective membership category. WHML.ORG reserves the right to request additional documentation for verification purposes.
5. Membership Revocation Policy: WHML.ORG retains the right to revoke membership at any time if a violation of these terms occurs. No refunds or compensations will be issued upon termination due to non-compliance.
6. Code of Conduct: Members must maintain professionalism and respect in all WHML.ORG-related activities. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property Rights: Members agree to respect intellectual property rights in all shared resources, publications, and materials. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of WHML.ORG content is strictly prohibited.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from membership will be resolved under WHML.ORG’s arbitration policy. Decisions rendered by the arbitration panel are final and binding for all parties involved.
